RESERVING FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83,
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for certain public purposes as indicated hereunder,
under the administration of the municipality of Kidapawan, except the land for
nursery site purposes which is hereby placed under the administration of the
Bureau of Plant Industry, subject to private right, if any there be, certain
parcels of the public domain situated in the municipality of Kidapawan,
Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao’ and more particularly described as
follows, to wit: ,
