ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 123 -99
In the interest of an efficient administration of justice and pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. JACINTA B. TAMBAGO, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 48, Masbate, Masbate is hereby DESIGNATED effective
immediately, to try and decide Spl.. Proc. No. 97, entitled ” In the
Matter of the Adoption of the Minors namely: Junard Sinadjan- Reyes,
Rowena Sinadjan-Reyes and Jamera Sinadjan-Reyes; Spouses Charles C.
Fowkes and Rosita Sinadjan-Fowkes, petitioners) at the Regional Trial
Court, Branch 49, Cataingan, Masbate, in view of the inhibition of Judge
Henry B. Basilia, utilizing for the purpose the personnel of the latter
court in addition to her regular duties in her own court without
additional compensation except reimbursement of travelling expenses with
per diems.
