ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 122 -99
Administrative Orders November 10, 1999
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. MARIVIC B. UMALI, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Br. 30, San Pablo City is hereby DESIGNATED
as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Br. 75, San
Mateo, Rizal, in addition to her regular duties in her own court,
effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders
from this Court. She shall be entitled to an additional expense
allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No.
99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
