DECLARING THURSDAY, 03 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL(NON-WORKING)DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR
Presidential Proclamations August 20, 2026
WHEREAS, on 03 September 2026, Thursday the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur will mark the celebration if its 56th Charter Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 03 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
