DECLARING FRIDAY, 28 AUGUST 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN AGUSTIN, PROVINCE OF ROMBLON
Presidential Proclamations August 20, 2026
WHEREAS, on 28 August 2026, Friday, the Municipality of San Agustin, Province of Romblon will mark the celebration of the Kalipayan Festival;
WHEREAS, it is to but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Agustin be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 28 August 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Agustin, Province of Romblon.IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
