PROCLAMATION NO. 413, September 22, 1953
RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE SOUTH HARBOR, PORT AREA, CITY OF MANILA.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for the use of the National Power Corporation, subject
to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the public domain
situated in the South Harbor, Port Area, City of Manila and more particularly
described, in the Bureau of Lands plan Swo-20567, to wit:
Lot 3 (Block 1)
A parcel of land (lot 3, block 1 of the resurvey
and subdivision plan Swo-20567, being a portion of certain portion of
Reclamation Plan 1, G.L.R.O. Record No.————), situated in the South Harbor,
Port Area District, City of Manila.
Bounded on the NE., by Bonifacio Drive; on the
SE., by lot 2, block 1 of the resurvey and subdivision plan; on the SW., by Railroad
Street; and on the NW., by lot 4, block 1 of the resurvey and subdivision plan.
Beginning at appoint marked i on plan, being S. 20° 13′ E., 285.84 meters from
fire hydrant 31 yr. 1948 now, City of Manila, and N. 33° 38′ E., 67.39 meters
from fire hydrant (unnumbered), City of Manila; thence S. 30° 24′ E., 26.72
meters to point 2; thence S. 39° 36′ W., 41.97 meters to point 3; thence N. 31°
52′ W., 26.72 meters to point 4; thence N. 59° 37′ E., 42.65 meters to the
point of beginning; containing an area of 1,129.60 square meters, more or less.
All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground are marked
by concrete monuments marked B.L.; bearings true; declination 0° 38′ E; date of
the resurvey and subdivision survey, December 2-3, 1947 and March 29, 1948

SE., by lot 3, block 1 of the resurvey and subdivision plan; on the SW., by
Railroad Street; and on the NW., by lot 5, block of the resurvey and
subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 19° 10′ E.,
259.60 meters from five hydrant 31 yr. 1948 now, City of Manila, and N. 16° 44′
E., 82.64 meters from fire hydrant (unnumbered), City of Manila; thence S. 30°
24′ E., 26.70 meters to point 2; thence S. 59° 37′ W., 42,65 meters to point 3;
thence N. 31° 52′ W., 26.70 meters to point 4; thence N. 59° 36′ E., 43.33
meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 1,147.80 square meters,
more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the
ground are marked by concrete monuments marked B.L.; bearings true; declination
0° 38′ E.; date of the resurvey and subdivision survey, December 2-3, 1947 and

Railroad Street; and on the NW., by lot 6, block 1 of the resurvey; and subdivision
plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 17° 54′ E., 233.47 meters
from the fire hydrant. 31 yr. 1948 now, City of Manila, and N. 5° 45′ E.,
102.68 meters from fire hydrant (unnumbered), City of Manila; thence S. 30° 24′
E., 26.70 meters to point 2; thence S. 59° 36′ W., 43.33 meters to point 3;
thence N. 31° 52′ W., 26.71 meters to point 4; thence N. 59° 36’E., 44.01
meters to the point of beginning; containing; an area of 1,165.90 square
meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on

SE., by lot 5, block 1 of the resurvey and subdivision plan; on the SW., by
Railroad Street; and on the NW., by lot 7, block 1 of the resurvey and
subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 16° 18′ E.,
207.48 meters from fire hydrant 31 yr. 1948 now, City of Manila, and N. 1° 28′
W., 125.24 meters from fire hydrant (unnumbered), City of Manila; thence S. 30°
24′ E., 26.70 meters to point 2; thence S. 59° 36′ W., 44.01 meters to point 3;
thence N. 31° 52′ W., 20.71 meters to point 4; thence N, 16° 35′ E., 44.69
meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 1,184.30 square meters,
more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the
ground are marked by concrete monuments marked B.L.; bearings true; declination
0° 38′ E., date of the resurvey and subdivision survey, December 2-3, 1947 and
March 29, 1948.
