EDWIN B. PADUA, PETITIONER, VS. VINOX CORPORATION, ALBERT LIN RESPONDENTS,

Decisions / Signed Resolutions FORMER FIRST DIVISION BRUSELAS, JR. J.:

BRUSELAS, JR. J.:

From our Decision of 08 September 2014, the petitioner moves for a reconsideration re-asserting that he was illegally dismissed on 20 August 2004; that the penalty of dismissal was too harsh; and that respondent Albert Lin should be held personally liable because he acted in bad faith.

Since these arguments had already been raised in the petition for certiorari and had been thoroughly addressed in the decision sought to be reconsidered, the petitioner’s motion for reconsideration must fail for the same reasons stated in our earlier decision.

ACCORDINGLY, we DENY the petitioner’s motion for reconsideration for lack of merit.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
