Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by
law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke
Proclamations Nos. 358 and 397, dated December 17, 1938, and April 11, 1939,
respectively, and declare the parcels of land embraced therein, situated in the
City of Baguio, open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land
Act.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 27th day of
January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the
Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
