RESERVING FOR JR. HIGH SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGADANAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw form sale or
settlement and reserve for Jr. High School site purposes, under the
administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if
any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the
municipality of Angadanan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and more
particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Plan, Pr – 1003, to wit:

“A parcel of land situated in the barrio of
Calabayan-Minaga, municipality of Angadanan, Province of Isabela. Bounded on
the NE., by Provincial Road; on the SE., by properties of the Municipal
Government of Angadanan (Angadanan Elementary School Site) and Mateo Aliangan;
on the SW., by properties of Joaquin Palattao and Pedro Gapusan; and on the NW.
by properties of Zacarias Miguel vs. Eliseo Palattao and Eliseo Plattao.
Beginning at a point marked ‘1’ on plan Pr-1003, N. 65-09′ W. 13213.97 m. from
B. L. B. M. 1, Mp. of Angadanan, thence

S. 50-58′ E. 36.50 m. to point 2;
S. 54-29′ E. 103.69 m. to point 3;
S. 27-38′ E. 216.39 m. to point 4;
S. 22-13′ E. 65.28 m. to point 5;
S. 67-43′ W. 147.18 m. to point 6;
S. 61-29′ W. 206.34 m. to point 7;
S. 31-25′ E. 24.77 m. to point 8;
S. 37-30′ W. 225.70 m. to point 9;
S. 53-45′ W. 107.51 m. to point 10;
S. 16-52′ W. 124.85 m. to point 11;

Containing an area of one hundred sixty-eight
thousand, eight hundred thirty-two (168,832) square meters, more or less.
