In a Motion to Withdraw Appeal[1] dated January 16, 2014, applicants/appellants through counsel manifested that they are now irrevocably withdrawing their appeal on the ground that they have decided to ventilate the instant case in another forum.

The motion bears the conformity of applicant-appellant Teresita E. Agbayani who signed therein for herself and her other applicants-appellants.
WHEREFORE, the Motion to Withdraw Appeal is GRANTED. Accordingly, the appeal is deemed WITHDRAWN and the case is CLOSED.
