Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SEC. 1. The Tax Amnesty granted to delinquent real estate taxpayers by virtue of City Ordinance No. 8423, as amended, is hereby extended to June 30, 2016.
SEC. 2. The coverage stated under Sec. 2(1) of City Ordinance No. 8423, as amended, is further given a final extension up to the end of the availment period of this Ordiance.
SEC. 3. Repealing Clause. – All ordinance or portions thereof, which are contrary to the provisions of this Ordinance or portions hereof, are hereby deemed modified or repealed.
SEC. 4. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on March 22, 2016.
