Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1.That certain parcel of land denominated as Market Road in Sta. Ana, Manila, situated at Barangay 879, Zone 96, District VI, is hereby withdrawn from public use as a road lot to be reclassified as a partimonial property.
SEC. 2. The subject road lot sought to be reclassified under this Ordinance shall be used as part of the market expansion currently under renovation and re-development.
SEC. 3. The City Engineer’s Office shall oversee the effective implementation of this Ordinance.
SEC. 4. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on March 1, 2016.
