Memorandum Circulars November 7, 2008
Memorandum Circular No. 167, dated 22 October 2008, is hereby amended so as to allow all departments and their attached agencies including government-owned and controlled corporations/government financial institutions and local government units to disburse the necessary funds from their respective budgets to cover their active participation and support to the Commemoration of the International Anti-Corruption and the Launching of the 1st National Summit on UNCAC on December 9, 2008, subject to availability thereof and applicable accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
