After a careful and judicious consideration of the arguments raised by Nicanor Escalante in his Motion for Reconsideration, We find no sufficient basis to modify or reverse Our Decision sought to be reconsidered. To reiterate, the trial court did not commit any grave abuse of in denying petitioner’s application for issuance of Writ of Preliminary Injunction since petitioner failed to show a clear positive right to be protected. We need not repeat Our disposition on the matter considering that We have already extensively discussed them in Our Decision.
WHEREFORE, petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED.
SO ORDERED.
