After a judicious evaluation of petitioners’ Motion for Reconsideration of the Decision dated May 14, 2014, WE found the same to be bereft of merit.
There is no valid, cogent and justifiable reason presented which would warrant a modification, much less, a reversal of the said ruling. The arguments raised by the movants had already been considered and weighed by this Court when it rendered the assailed Decision.
WHEREFORE, the foregoing considered, WE deny the said Motion for Reconsideration.
