Petitioners seek reconsideration of the Decision[1] of this Court in a Motion for Reconsideration[2] dated May 14, 2014.

Private respondent Rodrigo Manuel filed his Opposition to Motion for Reconsideration[3] dated July 10, 2104.
Perusal of the motion shows that it essentially repeats petitioners’ arguments earlier raised in their Petition for Certiorari[4] which have already been extensively discussed and found without merit by this Court in the now assailed decision. Petitioners have not presented compelling reasons to warrant a reversal of said decision, thus motion must be DENIED.
WHEREFORE, the Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
