This is a motion of petitioner, seeking reconsideration[1] of this Court’s Decision[2], promulgated on October 9, 2013, which dismissed the instant petition.
[*] Vice Justice Badelles per raffle dated September 24, 2013.
Perusal of the records shows that the grounds relied upon by the movant had already been fully considered and passed upon by the Court in the assailed Decision. Movant has not presented new arguments to warrant reversal of its ruling.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED.
