DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BOMBON, BULA, CALABANGA, CAMALIGAN, CANAMAN, GAINZA, LIBMANAN, MAGARAO, MILAOR, MINALAB…

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 654 dated 25 September 2013, which amended Proclamation 776, s. 1991, declared every Friday immediately preceding the feast of Our Lady of Peñafrancia as a special day in the City of Naga;

WHEREAS, the declaration of 18 September 2026, Friday, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipalities of Bombon, Bula, Calabanga, Camaligan, Canaman, Gainza, Libmanan, Magarao, Milaor, Minalabac, Ocampo, Pamplona, Pasacao, Pili, San Fernando, and Siruma, all from the Province of Camarines Sur and the Municipality of San Pascual, Province of Masbate, will provide their constituents, government personnel, families, and visitors sufficient opportunity to participate in and support the cultural and civic activities associated with the Peñafrancia Festival, as well as ensure the orderly management of traffic in view of the expected influx of devotees and visitors;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 18 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipalities of Bombon, Bula, Calabanga, Camaligan, Canaman, Gainza, Libmanan, Magarao, Milaor, Minalabac, Ocampo, Pamplona, Pasacao, Pili, San Fernando, and Siruma, all from the Province of Camarines Sur and the Municipality of San Pascal, Province of Masbate.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
