RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN PASAY CITY, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 64 (e)
of the Revised Administrative Code, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the
Director of Public Schools subject to private rights, if any there be, a
certain property belonging to the private domain of the Government, situated in
Pasay City, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows, to
wit:

“A parcel of land (lot 1651-A of the subdivision
plan Psd-19823, being a portion of lot 1651 of the cadastral survey of Pasay,
G.L.R.O. cadastral record No. 1356 with the buildings and improvements thereon,
situated in Pasay City, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW. and N., by lot
1651-B of plan Psd-19823-Amd.; on the NE., by Calle Leveriza; on the SE., lay
lots 1661 and 1662, Pasay Cadastre and lot 1651-B of plan Psd-19823—Amd.; and
on the SW., by lot 1651-B of plan Psd-19823-Amd. Beginning W. at a point marked
1 on plan, being N. 63° 05′ E., 295.31 meters W from B.B.M. 4, Pasay cadastre
259, thence S. 11 ° 29′ E., 47.95 meters to point 2; thence S. 75° 13′ W.,
30.41 meters to point 3; thence S. 72° 07′ W., 4.04 meters to point 4; thence
N. 13° 03′ W., 22.01 f. meters to point 5; thence S. 76° 50′ W., 8.51 meters to
point 6; thence N. 12° 57′ W., 7.98 meters to point 7; thence N. 77° 10′ E.,
0.81 meters to point 8; thence N. 18° 59′ W., 17.70 meters to point 9; thence
N. 61° 41′ E., 3.65 meters to point 10; thence N; 73° 58′ E., 39.54 meters to
point 11; thence S. 71° 05′ E., 2.65 meters to the point of beginning;
containing an area of 1,947 square meters, more or less. All points referred to
are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and
11, by corner of stone 9 wall; point 2, by old corner; point 3, by old adobe stone;
point 4, by nail on stone wall; point 9, by nail on old adobe stone; point 10,
by post; and the rest, by old posts; bearings true; declination, variable; date
of the original survey, October 1, 1928—November 22, 1930, and that of the
subdivision survey, November 6, 1942.”

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, and of the
