All sheriffs of Region 10 are hereby authorized to attend the
two-day, annual convention and election . of officers of the Sheriffs
Confederation of Region 10, to be held in Butuan- City on .September 24 – 25,
1992, on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local
funds if authorized and available.
