All 1991-1993 National Officers and Regional Directors of the
Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) are hereby authorized to
attend the second session/meeting of the SCOPHIL to be held on August 26-28,
1992, at the Hall of Justice, RTC, Davao City, on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL
BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.
