PROCLAMATION NO. 1421, September 08, 2026
DECLARING FRIDAY, 11 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE
WHEREAS, on 11 September 2026, Friday, the Province of Ilocos Norte will commemorate the 109th birth anniversary of President Ferdinand E. Marcos, Sr.;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Ilocos Norte be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 11 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Ilocos Norte.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
