PROCLAMATION NO. 1429, September 10, 2026
DECLARING SATURDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN
WHEREAS, on 26 September 2026, Saturday, the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran will mark the celebration of its 166th Pueblo Day (Charter Day);
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 26 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
