PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES, PLAINTIFF-APPELLEE, VS. LUIS PABLO Y LUCERO, ACCUSED-APPELLANT.

Decisions / Signed Resolutions FORMER SIXTH DIVISION BALTAZAR-PADILLA, J.:

BALTAZAR-PADILLA, J.:

Dissatisfied with OUR Decision of July 24, 2014, accused-appellant now pleads for its reconsideration through a motion.

A perusal of the said motion glaringly reveals that it merely reiterates the arguments earlier raised which had all been squarely addressed and resolved by this Court.

A motion for reconsideration which does not make out new matter sufficiently persuasive to induce modification of judgment will be denied.[1] A party desiring to have a resolution reconsidered should point out facts or points which were not considered in the resolution.[2]

WHEREFORE, the foregoing considered, the subject Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED.

SO ORDERED.

Tijam, N.G., Chairperson, and Reyes-Carpio, A., JJ., concur.
