RESERVING FOR CHILD WELFARE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF CUBAO, CITY OF QUEZON, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section
64(e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to section 1 of Republic
Act No. 477, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for child
welfare purposes under the administration of the Social Welfare Administration,
subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the private
domain of the Government, situated in the District of Cubao, City of Quezon,
Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (lot No. 7-B, sub-block No.
13-F, subdivision plan Psd-473, being a part of lot No. 7, sub-block No. 13-F,
Psu-244), situated in the municipality of San Juan del Monte, Province of
Rizal. Bounded on the NE. by the Seneres Tuazon Estate; on the SE, by Lot No.
8, sub-block No. 13-F, Psd-473; on the SW. by lot No. 7-A, sub-block No. 13-F,
Psd-473; and on the NW. by lot No. 7-D, sub-block No. 13-F, Psd-473. Beginning
at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 71° 13′ W. and 2,559.88 meters from
B.L.L.M. No. 1, Mariquina; thence No. 19° 06′ W., 139.74 meters to point 2;
thence No. 78° 37′ E., 165.89 meters to point 3; thence No. 78° 44′ E., 64.64
meters, to point 4; thence S. 11° 11′ E., 137.41 meters to point 5; thence S.
78° 16′ W., 211.20 meters to point 6; thence N. 19° 06′ W., 0.42 meters to the
point of beginning; containing an area of 30,525 square meters, more or less.
All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground
as follows; point 5 by old concrete monument 40 centimeters by 40 centimeters;
point 4 is S. 63° 26′ W., and 0.04 meters from a PLS concrete monument 15
centimeters by 60 centimeters. All the rest are PLS concrete monuments 15
centimeters in diameter by 60 centimeters long. Bearings true; declination
being 0° 50′ E. Date of original survey, May 29 and 20, and June 13, 1924, and
the subdivision survey, March 9, 1925.

and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 7th day of
December, in the year of Our Lord nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the
