Decisions / Signed Resolutions [ CA-G.R. SP NO. 119122, February 27, 2015 ] PERALTA, JR., E. B., J.:
PERALTA, JR., E. B., J.:
In retrospect, We denied due course and consequently dismissed the Petition for Certiorari directed against dispositions of the Judge below when it was determined that probable exists against petitioner, and when a warrant for petitioner’s arrest was issued relative to illegal recruitment.[1]
* New Member, per raffle on February 24, 2015, vice Justice V. SE Veloso who retired on January 7, 2015.
Thereafter, a Motion for Reconsideration[2] was interposed by counsel for petitioner but far from demonstrating any reversible error, the discussion of petitioner was a mere rehash of what We have sufficiently discussed in the course of the impugned Resolution.
Hence, petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
Lantion, J.A. C., Acting Chairperson, and * Sorongon, E. D., JJ., concur.
