It appears that, before this case could be decided by this Court on
the merit thereof, the petitioner and the private respondents through
its duly authorized representative (on the part of the petitioner) and
by themselves (on the part of the private respondents) appeared before
Labor Arbiter Leandro M. Jose of the Regional Arbitration Branch III in
San Fernando, Pampanga and there settled amicably the claims by and
between them. A quitclaim of release with satisfaction of judgment award
in NLRC Case No. RAB-III-11-19441-12-P was executed by the private
respondents in favor of the petitioner for and in consideration of
receipt of them of the sum of P45,000.00. Thereafter, the parties filed
in this Court a joint motion praying that this case be considered as
dismissed, closed and terminated.
