For resolution is the Motion for Reconsideration[1] of petitioners Spouses Graciano A. Estolano and Cristy O. Estolano, assailing this Court’s Resolution dated June 5, 2014 which dismissed their petition for certiorari.[2] Respondents filed their Comment[3] on the motion on August 26, 2014.

After a thorough scrutiny of the arguments interposed by petitioners, we find and so hold, that there exists no cogent reason for us to modify, much less reverse and deviate from the findings and conclusions reached in our resolution.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED.
