The motion for reconsideration filed by petitioner through its successor-in-interest Premier Insurance & Surety Corporation[1] of the Court’s decision dated February 11, 2014 shows that the issue raised regarding the imposition of twelve (12%) percent interest on the total outstanding amount due has already been given due consideration and resolved,[2] thus, no new or substantial matter was presented to justify a modification or reversal of the assailed decision.
