A perusal of the instant petition filed under Rule 65 of the Rules of Court shows that it is defective based on the following grounds, to wit:
[*] Acting Junior Member for fifteen (15) working days only from February 24, 2015 per Office Order No. 55-15-ABR dated February 23, 2015.
a. The instant petition was belatedly filed by three (3) days; and
b. The attached Orders dared 18 September 2014 and 28 April 2014 are mere “CERTIFIED XEROX COP(IES)” and neither duplicate originals or certified true copies;
Thus, pursuant to Section 3, Rule 46 of the Rules of Court non compliance with any of the requisites provided therein will result in the dismissal of the petition.
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the instant petition is hereby DISMISSED.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
