For consideration is accused-appellant’s Motion for Reconsideration[1] filed on September 4, 2014 of our Decision,[2] promulgated on July 31, 2014. The Office of the Solicitor General filed its Comment[3] on October 17, 2014.

We have taken pains to review our Decision in light of the arguments advanced by the accused-appellant but find no adequate reason to reverse our ruling. There is no necessity to make another discourse considering that we have sufficiently passed upon and ruled on these arguments in our Decision.
WHEREFORE, the Court resolves to DENY the Motion for Reconsideration filed by the accused-appellant.
