ROWENA SABAS Y SALVANERA, PETITIONER, VS. PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES, RESPONDENT.
REYES, JR., J.C., J.:
1. Petitioner erroneously captioned the petition as the same should read “ROWENA SABAS y SALVANERA, Petitioner – versus – PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES, Respondent”;
2. Petitioner failed to execute and attach a Certificate of Non-Forum Shopping with a properly accomplished jurat, as prescribed by Section 2, Rule 42 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure;
3. Petitioner failed to attach an Affidavit of Service with a properly accomplished jurat, as required by Section 13, Rule 13 of the1997 Rules of Civil Procedure;
4. Petitioner failed to attach copies of material portion of the records that would support the allegations in the petition such as the complete records of the appealed Criminal Case No. 2013-2-A filed before the Regional Trial Court of Lucena City, Branch 53, inclusive of the oral and documentary evidence.
Considering that the petition is formally defective, the petition is hereby outrightly DISMISSED in accordance with Section 3, Rule 42 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.
