On February 12, 2014, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of
Time to File Petition for Review (Rollo, pp. 3-6). Petitioner prayed
that it be given an extension of fifteen (15) days from February 12,
2014, or up to February 27, 2014, within which to file its announced
petition.

On February 24, 2014, this Court issued a Resolution (Rollo, p. 7)
granting petitioner an extension of fifteen (15) days from February 12,
2014, or until February 27, 2014, to file its petition for review.
However, as per CAMIS Verification, no Petition for Review has yet been filed by the petitioner as of April 25, 2014.
For having failed to file the announced Petition for Review within the
extended period granted by this Court, We now consider the petition ABANDONED. Accordingly, the instant petition is DISMISSED.
