ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 29 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. CELESTINO V. DICON, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court at Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur, is hereby DESIGNATED
as Acting Presiding Judge of the 9th Municipal Circuit Trial Court:
Labangan-Tukuran, same province, in addition to his regular duties in
his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the
appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until
further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to reimbursement
of travelling expenses with per diems and an additional expense
allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No.
99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
This order revokes the designation of Hon. DEMOSTHENES B. MANGINSAY as
Acting Presiding Judge of the 9th MCTC: Labangan-Tukuran, Zamboanga del
Sur, pursuant to Administrative Order No. 30-97 dated February 26,
1997.
