ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 30 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. THELMA C. TRINIDAD PE AGUIRRE, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Calatagan, Batangas is hereby DESIGNATED
as Acting Presiding Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branches 51
and 52, Kaloocan City, effective immediately and to continue until the
appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until
further orders from this Court.
The Hon. ROLANDO E. SILANG, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Lian, Batangas is hereby DESIGNATED as
Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Calatagan,
Batangas, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, without
additional compensation except the reimbursement of travelling expenses
with per diems, effective immediately and to continue until the return
of Judge Thelma C. Trinidad Pe Aguirre or until further orders from this
Court.
Both judges are entitled to an additional expense
allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No.
99- 1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
