TRIAL COURTS MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL
COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS OF PANGASINAN AND
DAGUPAN CITY
: ATTENDANCE AT THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) IN COURTS IN DAGUPAN CITY ON DECEMBER 5, 1997
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) jointly with the Institute
of Judicial Administration (IJA), will conduct a one-day
seminar-workshop on “TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN COURTS” (TQM) for all judges of Pangasinan and Dagupan City on December 5, 1997 (Friday) in Dagupan City.
The judges concerned are authorized to attend the seminar-workshop on
OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if
authored and available, provided that there is no disruption of the
court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled
hearing.
