COURTS/BRANCH CLERKS OF COURTS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS,
MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND
MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS OF ZAMBALES AND OLONGAPO CITY
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) jointly with the Institute of
Judicial Administration (IJA), will conduct a one-day seminar-workshop
on “TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN COURTS” (TQM) for all judges,
clerks of courts/branch clerks of courts of Zambales and Olongapo City
on December 3, 1997 (Wednesday) in Olongapo City.
The judges and court personnel concerned are authorized to attend the seminar-workshop on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS,
chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, provided that
there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in
advance of any cancelled hearing.
