2. Comment on Motion for Reconsideration (Rollo, pp. 196-202) filed by the defendant-appellee Specialty Contracts General and Construction Services, Inc.; and
3. Reply to Comment on the Motion for Reconsideration filed by plaintiff-appellant Swire Realty Development Corporation (Rollo, pp. 206-212)
After a careful perusal and evaluation of the allegations propounded by the parties in their respective pleadings, this Court finds no compelling reason to amend, revise, much less reverse the questioned decision, considering that the grounds relied upon have already been discussed and considered and that no new or material issues were actually raised in the motion to warrant the reversal of the decision.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
