Decisions / Signed Resolutions May 19, 2014 FORMER NINTH DIVISION GARCIA-FERNANDEZ, J.:

GARCIA-FERNANDEZ, J.:

Acting on petitioner’s motion for reconsideration[1] dated May 19, 2014, this Court finds no cogent reason to warrant a reconsideration of the assailed decision. The grounds introduced by petitioner in his motion are mere rehash of those earlier interposed in his petition for certiorari[2] which this Court has already weighed and evaluated in rendering the decision sought to be reconsidered. There are no new valid reasons raised by petitioner to convince this Court to amend, much less, set aside its findings.

WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED.

SO ORDERED.

Lampas Peralta, F., Acting Chairperson and Acosta, F. P., JJ., concur.
