DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAPUYAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR
WHEREAS, on 16 October 2026, Friday, the Municipality of Lapuyan, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its 69th Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Municipality of Lapuyan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 16 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Lapuyan, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
