The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc. (PICE), will hold its 2005 National Midyear Convention on July 14-16, 2005 at the Grand Majestic City, Cebu City.
In this connection, Civil Engineers in various government agencies and local government units are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Convention on official time only, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
