HEADWAY BARBER SHOP AND SALON AND/OR LISA MARIE D. HIRANG, PETITIONERS, VS. NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS COMMISSION (THIRD DIVISION), ELMER A. MONTECILLO AND LUIS G. FRIAS, RESPONDE…

Decisions / Signed Resolutions August 11, 2014 THIRTEENTH DIVISION DIAMANTE, J.:

DIAMANTE, J.:

From Our Decision[1] dated August 11, 2014, petitioners interposed their Motion for Reconsideration.[2]

Petitioners’ Motion for Reconsideration, against which private respondents filed their Comment,[3] raised issues already well traversed by this Court in its assailed Decision. Otherwise stated, being a mere rehash or reiteration of arguments, there is no cogent reason to accord the same with even scant consideration.

WHEREFORE, since there are no compelling grounds or bases sufficient to justify the reversal or modification of Our Decision dated August 11, 2014, the Motion for Reconsideration filed by petitioners is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.

SO ORDERED.

Librea-Leagogo, (Chairperson), and Sadang, JJ., concur.
