DRILLING AND BLASTING MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC., PETITIONER, VS. HON. ROBERT A. JEREZ, LABOR ARBITER, NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS COMMISSION AND ALEXANDER U. FRANCISCO, RESPONDENTS.

Decisions / Signed Resolutions January 5, 2015 FORMER FIFTEENTH DIVISION CORALES, J.:

CORALES, J.:

On September 24, 2014, this Court rendered a Decision[1] disposing the case as follows:

WHEREFORE, the instant Petition for Certiorari is hereby DISMISSED. The December 1, 2010 Decision and March 14, 2011 Resolution of the National Labor Relations Commission in NLRC LAC Case No. 02-000339-09 are AFFIRMED.

SO ORDERED.

On October 20, 2014, We received petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration.[2] It is noted that no Comment to said motion was filed by respondents as per verification from the Court’s Case Management Information System[3] dated January 5, 2015.

The motion for reconsideration is a mere reproduction of the arguments raised in petitioner’s petition for certiorari. We do not find any bona fide effort on the part of petitioner to present additional matters or reiterate its arguments in a different light. Thus, there is no need to revisit what was already presented before this Court when We rendered the September 24, 2014 Decision.

ACCORDINGLY, the motion for reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.

SO ORDERED.

Villon, J., Chairperson and Macalino, JJ., concur.
