Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic
Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of
1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the
Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I,
BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create
and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its
Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000) and
Resolution No. 11-379 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, a
building, to be known as 500 Shaw Zentrum , as an Information Technology
Center, which stands on several parcels of land of the private domain
located along Shaw Boulevard, Barangay Pleasant Hill, Mandaluyong City,
containing an area of Five Thousand Eighty-Eight Square Meters and Forty
Square Decimeters (5,088.40), more or less, as defined by the following
