PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES ON JUNE 26 AND 29, 2009 AT MANDAUE CITY RELATIVE TO THE 13TH PACE NATIONAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR

To ensure the success of the 13th PACE NATIONAL
CONVENTION/SEMINAR, the National Officers and Board of Directors of the
Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will have to be at
Mandaue City on June 26 and 29, 2009 to make various preparations re:
accommodations, materials and other amenities.Untitled Document
CONVENTION/SEMINAR, the National Officers and Board of Directors of the

Mandaue City on June 26 and 29, 2009 to make various preparations re:
accommodations, materials and other amenities.
Ail concerned are hereby authorized to make the necessary preparations on OFFICIAL TIME provided
that there is prior written permission from the Executive
Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court
calendar.
Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the
Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report
within ten (10) days from the date of the conclusion of the activities.
