For Our resolution is the present Motion for Reconsideration[1] filed by the petitioner, seeking reconsideration of Our December 5, 2013 Decision[2] to which a Comment[3] thereto was filed by the private respondent.

We have noticed that the arguments raised in the present motion are mere rehash of those arguments already presented and which have been passed upon and resolved in the Decision sought to be reconsidered.
WHEREFORE, the present Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
