AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE TO THE INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES (IBP) BICOLANDIA REGIONAL CONVENTION AND MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (MCLE)

In the upcoming Regional Convention and MCLE Seminar to be conducted by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Bicolandia Region on November 4 to 6, 2004, with the theme “Law as Catalyst for Economic Development”, at Legazpi Country Club/Hotel Venezia, Legazpi City, lawyers in various government offices in the Bicolandia Region are hereby allowed to attend said event on official time, provided that there will be no cost or expenditure on the part of the government offices concerned in terms of fees or travel allowances, which must be borne by the attendees.
