RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO

Presidential Proclamations December 23, 1953



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary-of Agriculture and
Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83 of Commonwealth
Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve
for building site purposes under the administration of the Department of
Agriculture and Natural Resources, subject to private rights, if any there be,
a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the City of Baguio and more
particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan IR-1013, to wit:

“A PARCEL OF LAND (as shown on plan Ir-1013, G.L.R.O, Record
No.     ), situated in the Business Section “C”, City of
Baguio, Mt. Province, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE. and SE., by 57th
Street; on the SW., by Lot 2 of plan Swo-19505 and Lot 42, Res. Sec. “A”,
Baguio Townsite; and on the W., by Lot 2 of plan Swo-19505, Lot 42 of Res. Sec.
“A”, Baguio Townsite and 58th street. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan,
being N. 6 deg. 18’E., 611.77 m. from Triangulation Station “Happy”, Baguio
