In Our Resolution dated February 26, 2014,[1] petitioner was granted an additional period of fifteen (15) days from February 18, 2014 or until March 5, 2014 to file the Petition for Review. It thus behooves upon the petitioner, through his counsel, to comply with such directive and file his intended petition within the extended period. However, petitioner filed his Petition for Review[2] only on March 24, 2014.[3] Obviously, it is late.

WHEREFORE, the Petition for Review, having being filed out of time, is DISMISSED.
