(Rollo, pp. 92-96) filed by petitioner praying for the reconsideration
of the November 29, 2012 Decision (Rollo, pp. 80-88) of this Court.
After carefully considering the grounds raised in the subject
motion, We find that the reasons and the arguments in support thereof
have been amply treated, discussed and passed upon in the subject
decision. The additional arguments proffered therein constitute no
cogent or compelling reason to modify, much less reverse, it.
WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
